An open space, is a huge office where staff members are together without any walls separating their desks. This American tradition appeared in the 50'S. So is an open space a good or bad workplace?
The pros of working in an open space:
1. A gain of money for the company
2. A better communication between staff members
The cons of working in an open space:

2. Lack of intimacy
3. Illnesses
An open space is an environment that can be the origin of an extra stress, but it's really great for certain type of jobs that require the employees to communicate quite often.
