U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo believes Washington will send a delegation to North Korea in the coming weeks.
Speaking to the Iowa Farm Bureau on Monday,... the top diplomat expressed optimism that talks will resume between the two sides.
Regarding the recent summit with the regime,... he said the two countries made some progress,... although they didn't end up where they had hoped for.
Pompeo added he's continuing to work... to find areas of shared interest between Pyeongyang and Washington.
