NewsX: Srinivasan stumped! BCCI Chief not being re-instated

NewsX: After its meeting in New Delhi on Friday, the IPL Governing Council has decided to challenge the Bombay High Court's order that termed its two-member panel to probe the IPL spot-fixing scandal as illegal, while requesting Jagmohan Dalmiya to continue as the interim BCCI president.
In a press release sent out by the board's honorary secretary, Sanjay Patel, the BCCI announced its decision to file an appeal in the Supreme Court, while holding that the probe panel was formed according to the IPL Operations Rules.
