CBI summons BCCI chief N Srinivasan in Jagan Case - NewsX

The controversy over the disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress chief Jagan Mohan Reddy has now claimed an unlikely victim. The Central Bureau of Investigation, which in probing Jagan's business transactions has now summoned BCCI Chairman N Srinivasan, and has asked him to appear before the agency next week. While summoning the BCCI Chairman in the disproportionate assets case, the CBI has held that N Srinivasan, in his capacity as Managing Director of India Cements limited received undue benefits from Jagan's father YSR Reddy's govt.
