Parliament attack convict Mohamammed Afzal Guru was hanged this morning at 8 AM in jail no.3 of Tihar jail. The family of Guru was informed about the decision of the Government that his mercy petition was rejected. The process of hanging Guru, who was sentenced to death in 2004, was completed by 8 AM. BJP leader Balbir Punj said, that government has taken the right decision and this will send agood message as far as the security of India is concerned.
