Ex Army Chief Gen V K Singh denies snooping

Former Army Chief General V K Singh has strongly refuted media reports that he was behind an alleged bugging operation at the Defence Minister's office last year. In Feb last year media reports had quoted Defence ministry officials stating that the army had been snooping at phone conversations around South Block.
