A party that has constantly been under fire for corruption, hiking prices of diesel and urea and ineffective governance is looking to turn a new leaf in its history. The 2014 polls are not too far off, some would argue that polls may happen next year itself with that in mind the party is looking for a change of leadership. The Sunday Guardian is reporting that the contest we are all looking forward to in 2014 won't happen! The newspaper is reporting that Rahul Gandhi won't be the Congress Prime Ministerial candidate in the upcoming elections.
