ICC fails to curb match fixing - NewsX

Match Fixing: Umpires on sale! Sounds hard to believe, but a sting operation conducted by an Indian TV channel has for the first time shown that umpires too may be open to inducements and bribes. But the question is, why is there no deterrent? Why are such stories appearing so regularly? It is time the ICC takes a hard look at the matter and adopts a hard stance.
