Another round of protests are set to get under way against the nuclear plant at Kudankulam today. And announcements suggest this one is planned to be the biggest yet. The People's Movement Against Nuclear Energy, PMANE, that is spearheading the stir... plans to lay siege to the plant from the sea again. And this time, not just fishermen. Farmers, traders, volunteers of some political parties and even some intellectuals are likely to take part.
