Former Karnataka chief minister BS yeddyurappa has launched an attack both on the Prime Minister as well as his own party over the cauvery dispute. Launching an agitation against the release of Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu, Yeddyurappa declared that he is supporting the protest in his personal capacity. Slamming the PM, Yeddyurappa said a central team should have first been sent to the state to study the ground realities before issuing the release order... Yeddyurappa termed the CRA order "unpardonable crime" and "blow" to the state and said it has hurt the harmonious relations between Kannadigas and Tamils. He even attacked his own party government in the state for the current situation, saying that it was busy conducting postmortem of the case than fighting it in the apex court.
