The case of the NRI couple seeking custody of their children from Norwegian authorities may have been marred by marital discord. But a court in Norway will today decide on handing over the kids to their uncle. It's April 17 finally and the Norwegian Child Welfare service is expected to tell the court to award the custody of the two Bhattacharya children in its custody, Aishwarya and Abhigyan to the uncle as planned. The two children were placed in care on May 11 last year following charges of parental neglect.
