Muzaffarnagar violence have claimed 28 lives. Uttar Government has transferred top cops.
Saharanpur Commissioner S.K. Srivastava and Saharanpur DIG D.C. Mishra have been transferred over the communal clashes. Mishra has been replaced by A.M. Jain, who was posted in police recruitment board as DIG, official sources said. Mishra has been attached to the DGP office.
