Kingfisher boss Vijay Mallya explained the airline's position to DGCA following summons. "We have explained the situation to DGCA." Mallya said. He said he had a good comprehensive meeting with DGCA. He has submitted all the details to DGCA. Mallya was summoned by DGCA today to present a "clear picture" of the cash-strapped private carrier, as the aviation regulator mulled cancellation of its flying permit.
