India News : It's a race against time for the government which will try once again today to debate the landmark Food Security Bill in Parliament, but a determined Opposition wants Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to speak on key missing files related to the coal allocation scam first.

The Opposition led by the BJP has made it clear that it won't allow both houses to function till that time the PM makes a statement on how crucial files related to the allocation of coal blocks to private companies went missing.

The opposition alleges some of the files were from the time the PM was in charge of the coal ministry and some allocations were made to companies linked to Congress leaders.
