Delhi: The monsoon session of Parliament has reached its 5th day today. The important food security bill will be discussed today. Mulayam Singh Yadav has agreed to support the bill but also has asked the government to give a gurantee that the farmers will be given their rights.

Also, the issue of detaining of Arun Jaitley at Jammu airport will also be discussed.
