Sopore encounter 1 jawan killed; 2 militants hold up -NewsX

A gun battle broke out between security forces and militants in a village near Sopore town in north Kashmir's Baramulla district today where one jawan has been killed and two militants suspected to be hold up. The gunfight ensued when army launched an operation in Majboor village, some 52-km from Srinagar, following information about presence of militants in the area, officials said.For more log onto - http://alpha.newsx.com
