Congress is all out to protect Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. In support of Dikshit, Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh claims that CAG is merely an audit agency and not an investigative entity. The CAG report is all set to be tabled in the Rajya Sabha and more fireworks demanding the resignation of Sheila Dikshit is expected.
