Organized by the Korea Press Foundation, the facility will be open 24-7 through Friday.
There are three expert forums set to be held.
But on Wednesday and Thursday, such events could be delayed depending on the summit schedule.
The discussions will evaluate the second Pyeongyang-Washington summit and look ahead to the future.
The talks will be in either Korean or English... with simultaneous interpretation for both.
