The United States has reiterated that it's time for North Korea to make concrete progress towards denuclearization.
U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton, in an interview with the Washington Times,... said the U.S. needs the regime to show a (quote) "significant sign of a strategic decision to give up nuclear weapons."
He added, once that happens, U.S. President Trump can begin to remove sanctions.
The North has been asking the U.S. to remove sanctions as one of the corresponding measures from Washington.
Asked if Kim Jong-un can be trusted, Bolton said.... the negotiations are between Kim and Trump... and the North Korean leader is prepared to negotiate.
