Pravasi Bharatiya Divas was late PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's vision: Swaraj

Minister of external affair, Sushma Swaraj set the balls rolling of the 2019 edition of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD), the Indian diaspora conclave, with a welcome addresses. In her speech, she mentioned that Pravasi Bharatiya Divas was vision of former late PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and it was in 2003 that the conclave was first inaugurated under his leadership.
