Media streaming service Netflix announced on Tuesday that it will raise monthly subscription prices in the U.S.
Netflix is expected to hike the prices by between 13 and 18 percent.
For instance, for the standard plan,.... the monthly rate of 11-U.S. dollars would increase to 13-dollars.
This will be applied to all existing members over the next few months,.... and immediately for new members.
