S. Korea wakes up to much colder morning with mercury dropping by 5-10 degrees Celsius

South Korea woke up to a sudden cold wave this morning, with temperatures in many parts of the country dropping well below freezing
Temperatures dropped by five to ten degrees Celsius from Tuesday morning.
The mercury in Seoul earlier was minus ten degrees Celsius.
The northeastern town of Cheorwon, near the inter-Korean border, a bone-chilling minus eighteen.
The national weather agency forecasts the temperature will rebound to seasonal averages from Thursday, but a wave of fine dust will engulf the country.
