Ingredients:
Water
1 ltr Milk (Full Fat)
2 tbsp Lemon juice

Method of preparation:
Heat a vessel, add water, milk let it boil and in the mean while keep stirring it.
Add lemon juice, stir it and let the milk split.
Switch off the flame and remove the curdled milk in a cloth.
Remove excess water and dip the paneer in cold water, so that the taste of the lemon fades.
Transfer the paneer on a board and remove excess water by placing a heavy thing on it.
Our paneer is set, remove it out from the cloth and cut it into pieces.
Our Fresh and Soft Paneer is ready.
