Rava cake is an eggless, spongy cake recipe made with easily available ingredients at home. Made with semolina, condensed milk, yoghurt and other ingredients it is a must try recipe. DO give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:-
2- 1/2 cup Semolina
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Yoghurt
1/2 cup Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Oil
Kesar Essence
1-1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda

Method:-
In a bowl add semolina, powdered sugar, and mix well.
Add yoghurt, condensed milk, milk, oil, and mix well.
Add kesar essence, baking powder, baking soda, and mix well.
Transfer the batter to a greased mould and let it bake at 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
Our Spongy Rava Cake is ready.
