Russian President Vladimir Putin has conveyed his New Year's greetings to President Moon Jae-in,... in which he stressed close cooperation between Seoul and Moscow.
The Kremlin says the message noted how this year's talks between the two leaders in Moscow and Singapore have been significant driving engines in forming a constructive bilateral relationship.
Putin also called for stronger coordination in addressing regional and international issues.
The Russian President also sent messages to other world leaders including those in the U.K., Germany and Vietnam.
