Meanwhile, the southwest of the peninsula is expecting quite of bit of snow starting tonight especially on the mountainous regions of Jeju Island.
Friday will mostly be sunny while artic winds continue to drag temperatures down in the peninsula. At the same time though, Tokyo will be under much bearable conditions.
Tomorrow will be colder than today with Seoul kicking off the morning at minus 13 degrees Celsius and Chuncheon way down at minus 16 degrees.
The afternoon high in Seoul is still in negative territory at minus 4 degrees,... but the wind chill factor will make it feel like minus 10.
