Our top story this morning...
The U.S. Special Representative for North Korea will arrive in Seoul in the coming hours for talks with his South Korean counterpart.
Stephen Biegun and Seoul's Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Lee Do-hoon will first meet on Thursday for nuclear negotiations.
On Friday they'll meet as the heads of the South Korea-U.S. working group on North Korea... to discuss the results of recent contacts between Pyeongyang and Washington as well as strategies to be implemented next year on the nuclear issue.
That meeting will be held over two sessions, one on the regime's denuclearization, and the other on inter-Korean exchanges.
