Pres. Moon congratulates Vietnam on football win under S. Korean coach

South Korean President Moon Jae-in has congratulated Vietnam's national football team on winning the ASEAN Football Federation championship... led by their Korean coach Park Hang-seo.
On social media, posting in Korean and Vietnamese, President Moon said he felt the two countries had become closer friends after watching Vietnam's win on Saturday and the celebration.
He recalled his trip to Vietnam in March, where he met with the South Korean coach,… and he said he hopes to build a prosperous future with Vietnam by strengthening the two countries' friendship.
On Saturday, Vietnam beat Malaysia 1-nil… in the second leg of the two-game final -- bagging their first regional championship in ten years.
