Still no message from N. Korea on visit to Seoul by leader Kim Jong-un: Blue House official

Still radio silence from Pyeongyang on a big visit that was promised,... according to Seoul's Presidential Office.
In a text message to pool reporters Friday,... a Blue House official said it has not yet received a message in regards to the reciprocal visit to South Korea by the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
Speculation over that visit had been brewing-- as President Moon Jae-in, during his overseas trip, said the possibility of Kim visiting Seoul by the year's end is still open.
President Moon added that whether or not Kim visits the South before the year's end is completely the North Korean leader's decision.
