Hindustan Times is in North Bhopal to understand what's on the mind of the only Muslim candidate the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has fielded in the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections.
Fatima Rasool Siddiqui is the only Muslim in the BJP's list of candidates for Madhya Pradesh's 230 assembly segments. She is pitted against Congress's five-time MLA Arif Aqueel and is confident of beating the veteran politician. Fatima's father was twice Congress MLA from the same seat and we asked her if she faced moral dilemma having switched sides.
