Nearly 600,000 students take college entrance exam on Thursday

Come tomorrow, almost six-hundred-thousand students in the nation will be taking the college entrance exam at 1-thousand-190 test sites nationwide.
The annual test begins at 8:40 am local time, and to make sure students get to the venues without a hitch, extra transportation will be in service for the test-takers.
Other commuters will start work an hour later than usual.
The country's stock markets will also open and close an hour later.
During the exam, traffic will be controlled around test sites and flights will be put on hold for about half and hour in the afternoon to minimize disturbance.
The education ministry has inspected facilities in advance and prepared extra vehicles for the students in case of natural disasters.
