The two Koreas exchanged information on foreign boats fishing illegally around their de facto maritime border, the Northern Limit Line in the West Sea.
The communication took place through the inter-Korean military communication line at around 9 AM today local time.
It's the first such exchange in 10 years, according to Seoul's Defense Ministry.
Along with ceasing all hostile acts toward each other starting November 1st,... Friday's move is aimed at preventing any accidental clashes along the NLL.
