President Moon to urge lawmakers this week to approve government's 2019 budget bill

President Moon Jae-in will deliver a speech at the National Assembly on Thursday.
He is expected to call for a bipartisan support for next year's budget.
At around 412 billion U.S. dollar, it's nearly ten percent higher than this year's budget.
The government has already submitted the bill to parliament, but rival parties have yet to see eye-to-eye on the matter.
This week's budget speech will be the third of its kind by the South Korean leader.
