Good afternoon. Seoul had the coldest morning of the season, it'll be colder and drier for the next few days, expect to see even colder weather tomorrow plunging to just 1 degree Celsius.
Regions in the west could see some light drizzle while most regions will be under partly sunny skies.
Daily highs will range between 12 and 21 degrees... dress accordingly as strong gusts will only add to the chill.
For a closer look, Seoul and Chuncheon will only reach 12 degrees this afternoon. Jeju and Busan will be a lot warmer at 21 and 19 degrees.
