Yes Daniel,... the rain is currently focalized on the east of Gangwon-do Province,... but the rain is expected to spread, with the central region likely to receive up to 5 millimeters of precipitation by tomorrow. The rain will drench the east coast with up to 80 millimeters while the mountainous regions may even see snow as the temperature falls drastically overnight.
Further away you are from the east,... you'll be less affected by the rain clouds. So most of the inland regions will generally have a cloudy day tomorrow as so will the neighboring countries.
