N. Korea, China, Russia call for reciprocal steps, review on UN sanctions

North Korea, China and Russia issued a joint communique after their vice foreign ministers held three-way talks in Moscow.
The statement noted the Korean Peninsula issue was at the center of their discussions, that China and Russia expressed support for Pyeongyang's negotiations with Seoul and Washington.
But it stressed the process of normalizing relations and building peace... must involve synchronized and reciprocal steps by the relevant parties.
The three states urged the UN Security Council to undertake a "timely review" of its sanctions against the North, highlighting that the regime has taken steps towards denuclearization.
