Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 Onions, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
250 grams Moth beans
1 tbsp Mix masala
1/2 cup Water
Coconut milk
Method:-
Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, onions, tomato, salt, coriander leaves, mix well.
Add moth beans, mix masala, water, mix well and let it cook.
Add coconut milk and give it a boil.
Switch off the gas and take it out on a serving bowl.
Our Matkichi Amti is ready.
