N. Korea says it won't necessarily hope to end war if U.S. doesn't want it

North Korea continues to pressure the United States to declare an official end to the Korean War.
In a report through its state media Korean Central News Agency on Tuesday,... Pyeongyang claimed that ending the war is not something to be bargained... and should have already been done decades ago.
It added the move stands as the basis for building new North Korea-U.S. relations,... but if the U.S. doesn't want to end the war, then the North (quote)"won't particularly hope for it."
Pyeongyang once again stressed that it's been sincerely implementing the June 12 summit agreement, even showing the will to dismantle its key nuclear facility, and criticized Washington for sticking to sanctions against the regime.
