Good morning. It was a chilly start to the day in most parts, while daily highs will rise as high as yesterday.

We'll enjoy more clear blue skies with highs rising rapidly by the afternoon to just below 25 degrees Celsius.

Things will get cooler day by day, so it's time to take out your autumn jackets.

South Korea will have mostly sunny skies with warm highs, some parts of North Korea had freezing morning lows but the temperature will rise fast.

The 24th typhoon of the season, Super Typhoon Trami is now heading towards Japan. The storm is expected to make landfall on the Japanese island of Okinawa on Saturday then it could move north-east toward the Japanese mainland on Sunday.

Morning lows in Melbourne are in the single digits, Friday's rain will drag down the readings even further.

In Vancouver, the clear fall weather continues on Thursday with mainly sunny skies.

As for South America, Brazil's two major cities will have unstable weather conditions.

Britain is set for frosty nights in some areas this weekend as the temperature plunges.
