Trump Says He Will Not Meet With Rouhani, Remains Open To A Meeting In The Future

According to a report by Reuters, on Tuesday, United States President Donald Trump said that he has no plans to meet Iran's President Hassan Rouhani but signaled that he remains open to a possible meeting in the future. While in New York to preside over the United Nations General Assembly, Trump wrote in a post on Twitter, “Despite requests, I have no plans to meet Iranian President Hassan Rouhani. Maybe someday in the future. I am sure he is an absolutely lovely man."
