IOC will cooperate if Koreas push to co-host 2032 Summer Olympics: IOC official

The International Olympic Committee has welcomed South Korea raising the possibility of jointly hosting the Summer Olympics with North Korea.
Speaking to Radio Free Asia on Friday,... the IOC's Director of Communications, Mark Adams, said the committee is closely watching the ongoing inter-Korean negotiations,... adding that, if they agree to co-host the 2032 Summer Olympics, the committee would cooperate.
He said he hopes the Olympics can open the door to a peaceful future on the Korean Peninsula...building on the success of the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang.
The IOC official's remarks come after South Korea's sports minister raised the idea of launching a joint bid earlier this week.
