청와대 NSC 상임위 개최서 리비아 피랍 국민 방안 논의

The presidential office held a national security council meeting to formulate plans to safely bring home a Korean man held captive in Libya since July.
Headed by Seoul's chief national security adviser Chung Eui-yong, the committee members discussed ways to boost safety measures for Koreans in the region,... deemed unstable since the fall of the late Muammar Gaddafi.
They also reviewed emergency measures to keep national security in check during the days of the president's absense, as he will be in Pyeongyang from 18th-through the 20th for the third summit with his North Korean counterpart.
