Indian tycoon Vijay Mallya returned to court in London on Wednesday for a hearing in his long-running extradition case. The Indian government is seeking the entrepreneur's extradition to face money-laundering and conspiracy allegations. He is fighting to remain in Great Britain - which he calls his second home. Prior to his hearing on Wednesday, Mallya told media he had made a comprehensive settlement offer to the Karnataka High Court of India with the objective that "everybody gets paid off." Mallya was once hailed as India's version of British tycoon Richard Branson for his investments in a brewing and liquor company, an airline, Formula 1 team Force India and Indian Premier League cricket club Royal Challengers Bangalore.
