Bilateral talks between the S.Korean and Japanese foreign ministers on the 11th

The foreign ministers of South Korea and Japan will hold bilateral talks next Tuesday in the Vietnamese city of Hanoi.
According to Seoul's Foreign Ministry,... the ministers will meet on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum on ASEAN which takes place in Hanoi from September 11th to the 13th.
