The collapse of a retaining wall at a construction site in Seoul's Sangdo-dong district has caused a nearby kindergarten to sink into the ground on one side,... unnerving local residents.
The 20 meter high wall collapsed late Thursday night,... causing a landslide in area.
The kindergarten is now leaning at an angle of 20 degrees,... and an expert said the damage means it will have to be demolished.
Officials say 38 people from 22 households have been evacuated with water, electricity and gas cut off to prevent further accidents.
