PM Lee to deliver a keynote speech at the 4th EEF in Vladivostok next week

South Korea's prime minister will be visit Vladivostok next Monday for the first time since coming into office.
Lee Nak-yeon will deliver a keynote speech at the fourth annual Eastern Economic Forum and discuss bilateral economic cooperation with President Vladimir Putin.
The Russian Far East is a key region in the Moon Administration's 'New Northern Policy', which involves cooperation with Moscow in key sectors dubbed the "nine bridges"..., including natural gas, railroads and electric power.
Lee may also meet Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
While the leaders of Seoul and Pyongyang were both invited to the event, they decided not to attend this year.
