Mattis again hints at resumption of joint military exercises with South Korea

U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis says plans for next year's Foal Eagle exercise with South Korea are not cancelled yet,... adding to his previous remarks hinting at a possible resumption of the joint military exercises.
Speaking to reporters after a meeting with his Indonesian counterpart,... Mattis said the 'Foal Eagle' military exercise planned for next March hasn't been called off,... and may resume pending negotiations with North Korea.
Foal Eagle is the first of four joint-military exercise that take place between South Korea and the U.S. every year.
