South Korea's budget for next year will be greatly increased,... and drawn up in a manner that spurs some much-needed job creation.
Meeting to discuss the details of the 2019 budget on Thursday,... the ruling Democratic Party of Korea and the government vowed to use active fiscal policies to boost people's livelihoods.
For starters,... the budget allotted to job creation will be the *highest ever to implement the government's related policies with hopes of spurring job growth.
They also plan to hike the budget used to support the socially vulnerable.... and those in the low-income bracket,... while there will also be a bigger portion set aside for regional infrastructure projects related to people's daily lives.
The ruling party and the government promised to work hand-in-hand.... so the budget doesn't hurt the country's fiscal soundness.
