South Korea adding more gold and silver medals in Asian Games

Team Korea continue its winning ways in the 2018 Asian Games.
The unified squad simply took Kazakhstan to school in the women's basketball, powered by a towering presence from up North.
South Korea bounce back up to 3rd place in the medal standings.

South Korea is continuing its successful run at the Asian Games, winning a few more medals on Tuesday.

In Taekwondo, South Korea's Lee Da-bin won gold in the women's over-67-kilogram weight class. In the final match, she beat her opponent from Kazakhstan 27 to 21.
This was her second gold medal at these Games.
And in the women's 57 kilogram class, Lee Ah-reum took silver.

The unified Korean basketball team cruised into the quarterfinals after beating Kazakhstan by 85 to 57 on Tuesday.
North Korean center Ro Suk-young led the attack with 19 points, helping Team Korea clinch second place in Group X with three wins and one loss. As the runner-up in Group X, Team Korea will face the third seed from Group Y, which will be either Mongolia or Thailand.

South Korea also captured some more medals on Tuesday.
Wushu practitioner Cho Seung-jae won silver in the men's daoshu-gunshu competition on Tuesday. Cho had finished second with a combined score of 19.45 to win South Korea's first ever medal in wushu.

In women's volleyball, South Korea defeated Kazakhstan by 3 sets to 1 to win their second Pool B match on Tuesday.
South Korea will next face world number 1 team China on Thursday to decide first place in Pool B.

Coming up later Tuesday, the major games of the day for South Korea are the Swimming Women's 400 meter Individual Medley final at 8:20 p.m. Korean time, and the Swimming Women's 100 meter Butterfly final at 8:55 p.m. Korean time.
Also there will be Swimming Men's 400 meter Freestyle final at 9:13 p.m. Korean time and Wrestling Men's Greco-Roman 67kg final, staring off at 10:06pm Korean time
