South Korea is holding a public hearing as it prepares start negotiations with Russia on a service and investment free trade deal.
The trade ministry says the public hearing, which is taking place in Seoul's COEX Convention Center, includes interest groups, experts and researchers....who will discuss the economic feasibility and direction of the potential FTA.
The move comes after Seoul and Moscow agreed to launch such negotiations during President Moon Jae-in's state visit to Russia in June.
